Filippo MarinoFounder, Chief Executive Officer, has 20 years of international experience in the areas of security and crime prevention. Marino has worked on a variety of security-related assignments, in both Europe and the US, ranging from investigative support of judicial authorities to personal awareness and executive protection training worldwide. With a professional experience spanning across the full spectrum of the Risk Mitigation industry, Marino has managed and or supervised activities ranging from international risk assessments and executive protection programs, to crisis management and open source intelligence operations for multinational corporations around the globe. He served as an officer of the prestigious 131st Regiment of the Italian Army, and as an instructor for a law enforcement task force against organized crime in Naples, Italy. He holds a Magna Cum Laude B. A. degree in Behavioral Sciences, and has obtained multiple certifications in security and protection services. Louis F. PalumboChairman, has earned a worldwide reputation for expertise in the development of counterterrorist strategies and protective measures for both personnel and property. Palumbo served 22 years in the Central Intelligence Agency specializing in the protection of overseas CIA personnel. He also acquired broad experience in the conduct of sensitive investigations which he would later put to extensive use for the private sector. In 1977, Palumbo conceived and, with a partner, founded the international security consulting firm Ackerman & Palumbo. Palumbo’s vision of an elite security organization at the service of multinational corporations was a pioneering idea. This concept, and Palumbo’s ability to understand and react quickly and responsively to the needs of directors of security of many of America’s leading corporations, led to his company emerging in a few short years as the quality leader in the infant field of international security consulting. Since, Palumbo has successfully continued to assist some of the largest and most complex organizations in the world with problems of personnel and plant protection, investigations, risk assessment and with emergency services. Charles M. LaskerVice President, has been involved for more than 20 years in law enforcement, investigations, electronic security, due diligence research, intelligence, surveillance and analysis. He has developed security programs and procedures for financial institutions and has assisted numerous multinational corporations with security administration/loss prevention, security design and executive protection. Charlie started his career as a Navy pilot and Intelligence Officer stationed in Vietnam and the South China Sea. He began his law enforcement career with the Metro-Dade Police Department; leaving as a Detective to assume the position as Commander of Investigations in Broward County. After leaving law enforcement, he held senior management positions with Pan American Bank and California Federal Bank. Lasker has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida International University, a Postgraduate degree in Finance from the University of Miami and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from Nova University. He has attended law enforcement training schools at the local, state and federal level. Captain Thomas J. LynchU.S Navy (Ret), Vice President, is a highly experienced security specialist with 28 years U.S Navy experience and 15 years as a manager of a multi-national corporate security service company and as independent consultant. Lynch served twenty-eight years as a Surface Warfare Officer retiring in the grade of Captain. He served two Combat tours in Vietnam and four years as Chief of the U.S Navy Mission to Colombia, working with Colombia’s anti-terrorist and anti-narcotic programs. Lynch founded INTERCON de Colombia SA and OMNITEMPUS LTDA in 1992 as a Colombian security company providing state-of-the-art security services to the U.S and Japanese embassies as well as 60 other multi-national entities. In this capacity, Lynch managed a staff of over 450 security operators throughout Colombia in services such as guarding, executive protection, threat management/assessments, counter-surveillance, hostage prevention training, security system design and installation, security coordination, etc. Lynch is fluent in Spanish and holds a BS in Economics from St Louis University as well as a Masters of Science degree in Physics from the Naval Post Graduate School. He is also a graduate of the Naval War College. |
